Gavin Forkan MSc
Gavin has over 15 years experience in the design, consent and delivery of renewable energy projects in Ireland and the UK.
Gavin worked on the design and consent of some of Ireland’s first commercial windfarms in Donegal, Mayo and Sligo in the late 1990s and early 2000’s. He has since delivered planning consent for over 400 MW of large scale wind energy projects in Ireland and the UK as well as many technical and economic assessments of smaller renewable energy projects. Gavin studied Marine Science at NUI Galway and Environmental Engineering at University College Dublin where he was awarded a Masters degree with honours in 2000.
William Brennan B.Eng (Hons) Eur. Ing FIEI MASCE
William has over 20 years experience in the delivery of civil engineering projects. William led the construction, design and build of in excess of 300MW of wind energy projects in Ireland and the UK.
William is one of Ireland’s most respected windfarm design and construction engineers, having worked on the design and construction of some of the first commercial windfarms in Ireland.
William studied Civil Engineering at Queens University Belfast where he was awarded a degree with honours.

Yvonne has over 7 years experience working at senior management level in the hospitality sector in Ireland, United Kingdom and Australia. Most recently she was a member of the senior management team for Jurys Inn in Belfast with responsibility for a team of 16 junior managers and staff.
Yvonne is now responsible for the administration of PEC including budgeting, marketing and staffing. Yvonne is studying a BA in Management and Business Studies at Queens University Belfast.
